Required for all new clients. Includes:

• Full skin and medical history review
• Patch test with the Cynosure Elite+ device
• Personalized laser plan based on anatomy, density, and treatment area

💵 $55 is applied to your first session if you proceed.

🚫 No treatment is performed without a signed consent form and patch test.

• Consultation: $55 (applied to first treatment)
• Same-Day Cancel / No-Show: 50% of service
• Late Fee: $25 (if >10 minutes late)
• Shaving Fee: $35 if provider has time, $55 + reschedule if not
• Touch-Up: Only valid for PoshGlow clients with visible regrowth
