Standard Legal DNA Collection Fee – $399
Includes:
- In-office or mobile swab collection
- Chain of custody documentation
- ID verification and consent forms
- Professional photo documentation
- Packaging and shipping to lab
- Non-Legal / Private DNA Collection – $299
- Mobile Collection Surcharge – $25 (within 20 miles)
- Prenatal Non-Invasive DNA (NIPP) – $1,195+
- Immigration DNA (Court-Scheduled) – Varies; billed to attorney or embassy
- Siblingship, Avuncular, Grandparentage – $399–$499 depending on number of people tested

Chain of Custody & Legal Testing
All records remain private and are only released with your written permission or per legal protocol.
All legal testing is performed under strict compliance with AABB and laboratory protocols. Legal testing requires:
- Government-issued photo ID for each adult tested
- Birth certificate or custody proof for minors
- Guardian consent for children under 18
- Informed consent and photography for court submission
What to Bring:
- Valid ID for each adult
- Birth certificate or ID for children (if applicable)
- Any legal paperwork (court orders, immigration notices, etc.)
What to Expect:
- Cheek swab sample collection
- ID verification and photographs
- Consent form signing
- Sample packaged and shipped to lab
- Results turnaround depends on lab type (2–10 business days)
