PoshGlow Healthcare partners with certified reference labs (Access Medical Labs and Fullscript) to offer a wide range of tests, ordered by a licensed provider and shipped out for results. These are not processed in-house, and no rapid tests are performed until CLIA waiver approval (expected June 2025).

Available In-Office Only (405 Eastern Blvd, Store 1 – Essex, MD)

• All labs require a consultation with Dr. Breana before ordering
• Payment is due at time of service unless billed through a contracted lab
• Results are returned via secure portal or in follow-up appointment
• Clients are referred for urgent care if results indicate serious concern
• PoshGlow is a cash-pay only facility (no insurance or Medicare/Medicaid billing)

• 10–30 minute visit (based on type of lab)
• Basic health history and vitals
• Blood, urine, or saliva specimen collection
• No on-site testing is performed at this time — all samples are sent to our certified partner labs
• You will receive your results via secure email or follow-up appointment

• Payment is due at the time of service via cash, Zelle, or card.
• Please provide 12+ hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a no-show fee.

PoshGlow Healthcare is currently in the process of obtaining a CLIA Certificate of Waiver. Until approval is finalized, no rapid diagnostic tests are performed in-office. All specimens collected are securely sent to certified laboratories for analysis.
