Clients new to skin needling must start with nano-needling first. This is a non-invasive option that allows the skin barrier to acclimate and improves overall safety and outcomes. Nano-needling is performed using silicone or metal-tipped cartridges to enhance penetration of serums. It improves hydration, texture, and mild pigmentation with no downtime. 

After 1–2 nano sessions or when the skin is deemed ready, clients may upgrade to microneedling. Microneedling is performed using the Dermalogica Pro Pen, which allows for customizable depth and controlled delivery of active serums. It targets acne scars, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks, and uneven tone. Skin must be prepped with medical-grade skincare (minimum 2 visits or per NP discretion) before microneedling.

All treatments are within Nurse Practitioner scope in Maryland. This is not a salon. PoshGlow does not perform waxing, lashes, or non-medical facials. Botox and fillers are not offered at this time, but Dr. Breana, DNP is fully licensed to perform these procedures and may add them in the future with a medical director if required.
